We have customers successfully using Boomerang in other markets, but the parameters we officially promote are for the ES (4 Range Chart).

Will Boomerang work with NinjaTrader v7 beta?

We provide indicators for use with NinjaTrader v6.5.  We will update code, as needed, when v7 is officially stable and released.  We do not support Beta versions of NinjaTrader.

Can I install Boomerang on another computer?

You are allowed to install your indicator(s) on up to 2 computers per license.  Discounts are available for 3 or more machine IDs.

Do you offer trials?

Instead of a trial we offer a risk free money back quality guarantee on all our indicators. Short trial times create an artificial pressure to quickly succeed. Trading is hard enough without such an added anxiety.

What is your Money Back Guarantee?

This is trading!  There are no money back guarantees in trading.  However, we can guarantee the quality of our products.  In order to qualify for a refund, you are required to supply the following within the first 30 days after your purchase date – explicit details describing a defect (“bug”) in the product and how the code did not mechanically function as described on its respective product purchase page.

Note:

  • Failure to trade successfully using the product does not constitute a defect
    in the product.
  • Deciding you do not like the product does not entitle you to a refund.

FAILURE TO BE AWARE OF THIS POLICY DOES NOT QUALIFY YOU FOR A REFUND.

For more details on our software policies, please refer to our Terms of Use.
